Welcome the newest Peer Health Educators and graduate assistant for the Odessa Chambliss Center for Health Equity. The team is interdisciplinary and provides marketing and promotion for the Center's programs. The Center's mission is to help individuals to be empowered to make lifestyle changes that improve their health if they are given understandable, culturally sensitive information and access to health care services. Based on this idea, the Center provides several chronic disease prevention programs, and houses a clinic for the working/uninsured population. The Center's director, Dr Diana Lee, encourages new collaborations and initiatives to benefit the B-CU family and surrounding communities.
